ICE's principals have acquired expertise on real estate appraising and produced a compilation of feasibility studies since 1977. Appraisals have been made for thousands of properties, residential as well as commercial on the islands. ICE has been appointed by several island and central government agencies as appraisal expert. ICE is appointed by the legal courts as expert on a regular basis, this is done as appraiser as well as technical expert.
